Other advisors and persons working for the organising company can read your comments.

When you’ve joined a discussion, there is a button on the left side of the send date and time. If you press this button, you can type your answer to that specific comment.

Company members are the persons working for the organising company. They have a supporting role in the advisory board.

If you had access to an advisory board, but now you can not access it anymore different situation can apply. First, the advisory board can be completed. Log in and search for Finished boards.

If you are a pharmaceutical or educational company, please visit MEDboards.eu to start your Advisory board.

If you are an active user, please login to the advisory board and find there the contact information you need.

Joining advisory boards is on invitation only. Clients that use MEDboards, pharmaceutical and educational companies, are able to send invitations to participants to join their advisory board. If you are interested in joining advisory boards, sign-up to MEDtalks.eu and indicate in My Profile that you are interested in joining advisory boards. If clients are searching for specific health care professionals, MEDboards can connect you.

An advisory board is an online advisory board for medical professionals. Sharing knowledge and providing advise on new medical developments. Classically a company invites advisors (experts) to a meeting in order to improve their service/product.

With MEDboards, we offer an optimal all-round solution for creating individual advisory boards and digital training programs. They can be tailored easily to the needs of the target group. MEDboards allows the unlimited exchange of experts, no matter if at home, in the hospital or on the road via smartphone application.

If you want to login using your MEDtalks account, fill in your MEDtalks email and password. Click ‘MEDtalks sign in’.

When you’re on the ‘Sign in’ page on https://medboards.medtalks.eu/#/login, press the ‘Recover password’ button underneath the ‘Privacy policy’ button. When you enter your email, you will recieve an email with the steps that you can follow to recover your email.

Make sure to enter the correct email address and password on this page: https://medboards.medtalks.eu/#/login. Here you can also use the Forgot password function.

Contact Travel support if you have any question about travelling to the Meeting place Venue.

The online meeting will open up, mostly 15 minutes before the meeting starts. The Connect Meeting function will be available at that specific time.

If you decide to participate online, you can select this by pressing ‘participate online’. In order to participate online, open the meeting place and select Connect to meeting. You will enter the online meeting. This is powered by Zoom.

If you have a specific question to the organising company, press ‘contact board leader’. You can type your message and send it.

No. You can either participate at the meeting venue or participate online. For more information about participating online, go to: ‘how does participate online work?’ It might be that online participation is not allowed for your specific meeting. In case of questions contact the board administrator/leader.

No. Only the clients that use the MEDboards services can edit the summary. You can read the summary and optionally respond to it in the Feedback section.

To join an online meeting, press the ‘connect to meeting’ button on the Meeting place page in your broswer or in the mobile app.

No. Members can only join a meeting by pressing the ‘connect to meeting’ button.

No. The online meeting place is supported by Zoom, but requires no installation or Zoom account. If you are using incognito / private browser. A zoom install will be asked. Please use a normal browser window in this case.
